We also treat diffuse axonal injury (DAI), a velocity-dependent injury that follows high falls, car accidents and falls from horses, and anoxia, a lack of oxygen to the brain.

What conditions do you treat?
We specialize in recovery from all severities of traumatic brain injury (TBI) including concussion. We also serve those with residual deficits from stroke and other neurologic conditions that affect thinking, behavior, and function.
What makes your clinic different?
We combine evidence-based rehabilitation with lifestyle medicine and therapeutic coaching tailored to each patient. Our care is multilingual (English, Español, and Português), culturally competent, and rooted in whole-person healing. We also have the support of the University of Illinois Chicago Psychiatry Department, if we think your symptoms need more specialized attention.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most insurances, and because contracts are always changing, give us a call to confirm we take yours. We currently accept BCBS, Aetna, United, Medicare, Medicaid, and most marketplace plans. If you do not have insurance, we also offer a membership option.
